Duodenal atresia is a congenital gastrointestinal anomaly requiring prompt surgical intervention. Globally, duodenal atresia is the most common form of intestinal atresias. In Nigeria however, it is second to jejunoileal atresias. This study aimed to describe the clinical profile and surgical outcomes of neonates with duodenal atresia in a Nigerian tertiary hospital and to identify factors affecting outcomes.
